I have been in the computer business for 20 years. I have extensive experience in needs analysis, software procurement, installation, training, networking and hardware and software troubleshooting. I also have a thorough knowledge of restaurant and manufacturing processes including inventory, bookkeeping and accounting, front and back office management and customer service, having been in business for myself in these areas.
